Here at Birth and Family Health Center we have two locations and two ways we give care. Where we see you for your visits and how we do your care will depend on your schedule and the available space at our two locations.  
We would like to invite you to participate in our prenatal care program at the Family Resource Center on Watt Ave. about 10 minutes from our Marysville Blvd location. At the Family Resource Center we have a homelike setting where we will conduct your care within a group of women who are at about the same point in their pregnancy as you are.

We will talk together about the changes going on in your body as your baby grows and we will talk together about what is on your mind as you approach your delivery date. We will still measure your babies growth, take your blood pressure and do everything we always do to make sure all  is going well but we will also have snacks, have no waiting (your care starts as soon as you enter the room) and you will get to know some other women (and their support people) each time you come.

If needed you can still have a visit at the Marysville Blvd location whenever necessary.
Unfortunately this new style of  group  prenatal care is so popular that we don’t always have space but new groups are starting all the time so let your health worker  or Midwife know quickly if you are interested.
Group care is perfect for you if: 

• You want to have more time with your care provider and less time waiting.
• You want to learn more about your growing baby and how to take care of yourself.
• You can arrive on time and don’t want to wait before your appointment starts.
• You want to actively participate in your care.
• You would like to plan ahead and have each prenatal visit on the same day.

Estas invitada a participar en un program especial prenatal que hemos desorollado:

Estas invitada a participar en un program especial prenatal que hemos desorollado.

Este programa esta disenado especificamente para mujeres que estan interesadas en aprender bastante durante el embarazo, y para quien gustaria conocer a otras mujeres embarazadas.

Si estas interesada en este programa, seras colcade en un grupo con otras 10 mujeres las cuales estan para dar luz al mismo tiempo que tu. Hay 10 secciones de 90 minutos cada una, las cuales estan programadas durante todo tu embarazo.

Cada seccion proveera tiempo para cada evaluacion fisica e individual, discussion  sobre tu embarazo, nacimiento, y nuevos bebes, y tiempo para compartir con otras mujeres.
